The A.C.T. programme offers a structured, impactful approach to transforming area(s) of your life that aren’t working for you. By acknowledging symptoms, connecting with their underlying causes, and transforming these experiences, clients achieve profound personal growth and emotional freedom, and enjoy a significantly improved quality of life.

  • ACT Foundations Package

    A three-session introductory package to the A.C.T. programme, designed to help you acknowledge your current symptoms and understand your challenges more clearly. 

    This package is great for more straightforward problems such as relaxation, confidence, social anxiety or exam nerves. Often, it’s enough to achieve total release from symptoms as long as the sessions are followed up with self-hypnosis and reinforcement. This is done by listening to a free, solution-focused hypnotherapy audio recording that I provide.  

    Focus:

    - Identifying key symptoms

    - Gaining insight into emotional patterns

    - Getting you feeling better and better able to deal with current issues

    - Laying the groundwork for deeper healing

    Who it's for: People new to hypnotherapy or seeking clarity and release for more straightforward issues.

  • ACT Growth Package

    A six-session programme that dives deeper into the Connect with the Cause phase, helping you understand the root causes of your symptoms and how your past influences your present.

    Focus:

    - Uncovering the root cause of symptoms

    - Connecting past experiences with current challenges

    - Releasing emotional blocks

    Who it's for: People who are ready to explore deeper emotional and psychological issues, with a focus on connecting the dots between past and present.

  • ACT Transformation Journey

    A comprehensive 10-session programme that covers the entire A.C.T. process: AcknowledgeConnect, Transform

    Focus:

    Full A.C.T. process:

    - Acknowledging symptoms, connecting with root causes, and transforming limiting beliefs

    - Thorough emotional release and transformation

    - Empowerment tools for lasting change

    Who it's for: People seeking complete transformation who are ready to address deep-seated issues and committed to long-term personal growth and emotional freedom. More deep-rooted nervous disorders, especially those accompanied by depression and or anxiety, will require “analytical therapy”. This usually requires up to 8-10 weekly sessions to address the underlying cause of the symptoms.
