What is Coaching?

The coaching relationship is a partnership between coach and client involving a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to find solutions to the issue(s) they are dealing with. The coaching process can help you live your best life at work and life and is a client-driven process where we focus on setting goals, designing outcomes, and managing change to achieve your desired result.

We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome or simply we want more out of life, and times we feel stuck or have feelings of overwhelm or stress. By working with me, together we can unlock your potential and taking you from surviving to thriving both personally and professionally.

What to expect when working together

  • My recommend that you commit to 3-6 sessions in order to get the best from the process.
  • Expect a safe space, that is, one free from judgement and completely confidential.
  • I will invite you to connect with your inner wisdom in relationship to what you are dealing with.
  • I may ask you to take specific actions between sessions.
  • For every problem, there is a cause and a solution – I invite you to be open to the process.
